Fault recorder is a kind of electrical equipment, which is also dangerous. The dangerous point mentioned here refers to the place, position, place, tools and actions that may occur in the operation. It refers to the event that may endanger the health and life safety of operators, endanger the safety of mechanical equipment, affect the normal operation, and even cause economic losses in power production.

The dangerous point of fault recording device is a kind of hidden danger of inducing accident. If we don't control and prevent it, under certain conditions, it may evolve into an accident. If we analyze and pre control in advance and take measures to prevent it, we will avoid danger and ensure safety.

1. The AC voltage circuit shall not be short circuited, and the AC current circuit shall not be open circuit.

2. The external cable of AC voltage circuit needs to be disconnected from the external circuit.

3. The AC and DC power supply voltage should not be mixed. The capacity and connection mode of AC and DC test power supply shall be in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of "Regulations on inspection of relay protection and automatic safety device of power grid". If there is no special instruction during the test, the DC power supply is rated.

4. In addition to this specification, the inspection shall also be provided with anti-static wrist strap, corresponding drawings, data, setting list and test reports of previous years.

5. Protective measures must be taken to prevent the circuit board chip from being damaged due to personal static electricity. When the plug-in plug-in unit is indeed equipped with anti-static wrist ring due to inconvenient working site, the hand can be directly contacted with the screen body or instrument shell which has been reliably grounded for several seconds before inserting and inserting the plug-in to release the static electricity. Do not touch the circuit of the plug-in.

6. All test equipment and instruments (such as tester, oscilloscope, etc.) must be reliably grounded with the wave recorder. The test equipment and instruments used in the test shall be qualified, and the accuracy shall not be lower than 0.5 level.

7. In order to obtain more accurate data, the test shall be repeated three times for each point in all characteristic tests, and the difference between the value of each test and the setting value shall meet the specified requirements.

8. The test current and voltage of the device to be added shall be added from the terminal of the test panel unless otherwise specified.

9. Fill in all kinds of inspection and test results, form the equipment inspection report and file it.
